90-day limited warranty on everything we refurbish.
LIMITED WARRANTY. Who gives it: FieldSpark Tech Solutions LLC, doing business as ReSparc and GamerSparc, 1600 NW 34th Terrace, Lauderhill, FL 33311, (954) 368-4943 ("we").
What it covers and for how long: every used/refurbished gaming PC, component and peripheral we sell is covered against hardware defects and failures in normal use for 90 days from the date of pickup or delivery, unless the listing or your receipt states a different period.
What we will do: if a covered item fails within that period, we will repair it, replace it with an equivalent item, or refund the purchase price, at our option, at no charge for parts or labor.
What it does not cover: physical or liquid damage, damage from accidents, misuse, power surges, overclocking, BIOS/firmware modification or cryptocurrency mining, normal cosmetic wear, software problems, and loss of data. Opening the case, upgrading parts or installing other software does not by itself void this warranty; we only exclude damage those changes actually cause.
How to make a claim: call (954) 368-4943 or bring the item and your receipt or order reference to the address above during the warranty period. We test it on the bench and tell you what we will do. Back up your data first; data is never guaranteed during service.
Limits: we are not responsible for lost data or for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty reduces rights you have under Florida or federal law.
Returns: unopened or unused items may be returned within 90 days for a full refund. Opened items in working condition may be returned within 14 days less a 15% restocking fee. Custom builds from a quote are final sale once picked up, but stay covered by this warranty. Bring your receipt.
Condition grades (all items are used/refurbished unless marked new): A = minimal signs of use. B = light cosmetic wear. C = visible wear, priced accordingly. Every grade is tested before sale.
