Terms of service

Who we are. GamerSparc and ReSparc are brands of FieldSpark Tech Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Our store is at 1600 NW 34th Terrace, Lauderhill, FL 33311. These terms cover the gamersparc.com website, quotes, purchases, trade-ins, accounts and the community showcase. By using the site you agree to them.

Estimates are not quotes; quotes are not orders. Performance figures, trade-in estimates and prices shown on the site are estimates and may change. A quote we send you is an offer valid for 7 days. Accepting a quote reserves parts; a sale is complete only when you pay at the counter (or agreed delivery). Florida sales tax applies at checkout.

Refurbished goods. Everything we sell is used/refurbished unless marked new. Condition grades (A/B/C) are described on each listing. Our limited warranty & returns policy is part of these terms.

Software and games. GamerSparc PCs come with GamerSparc OS (open-source Linux software, each part under its own license) or Windows. Steam and other third-party services need your own account and are governed by their own terms. No games, game files, ROMs or BIOS files are included or sold with any PC.

Trade-ins. Estimates are non-binding. Final credit is set after in-person testing. You confirm you own what you trade in and that it is not stolen, borrowed or subject to a loan or lien. We may ask for valid government photo ID and record the transaction as the law requires, and we may refuse any trade-in. Remove your data and sign out of your accounts first; we wipe or replace drives we take in and cannot return data.

Accounts. You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to create an account or post. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Community showcase. You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, display, resize and reproduce your post on GamerSparc and in links that point to it, until you or we remove it (copies already in backups or shared by others may take longer to disappear). You confirm you took the photos or have the right to post them, and that anyone recognizable in them agreed. Do not post: piracy or cracks, cheats or accounts for sale, sexual content, harassment, hate or threats, anyone's personal information, scams or spam, or anything illegal. Posts and images are screened by an AI moderator and may be held for human review, edited, or removed at our discretion. Report anything that slips through.

Copyright complaints. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: your contact details; the work you say is infringed; the link to the material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. If your post was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send us a counter-notice. We remove content from, and may close the accounts of, people who repeatedly infringe.

Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about a product or service is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost data or for indirect or consequential damages — back up before service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited under Florida or federal law, including your rights under our written warranty.

Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version. Changes don't apply to a purchase already made.

Governing law. Florida law governs these terms; venue is Broward County, Florida.
