Privacy

Who we are. This site is run by FieldSpark Tech Solutions LLC (ReSparc / GamerSparc), 1600 NW 34th Terrace, Lauderhill, FL 33311.

What we collect. Account details (email, username, optional display name and a hashed password); quote requests (name, email, optional phone, budget, games, preferences, trade-in description, notes) and the IP address they were sent from; your wishlist; showcase posts, photos, comments, likes and reports; trade-in estimator selections (not stored unless you send a quote); and standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). At signup we ask for your birth month and year only to check you are 13 or older; we do not store them. We remove location and camera data (EXIF) from photos you upload.

Why. To build and deliver quotes and orders, provide warranty and support, run your account, moderate the community and keep the site secure. We email you about your quotes, orders and account. We don't send marketing email.

Moderation. Showcase text and images are checked by an AI moderation model running on our own servers before publishing. Our staff review held and reported items.

Sharing. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers we need to run the site — Cloudflare (network delivery and security) and our email service — and when required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies and outside services. We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a security (CSRF) cookie to protect forms; if a signup is declined because of age, a one-day cookie stops it being retried. No advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google and Google receives your IP address.

How long we keep it. Account and showcase data while your account is open; quote, order and trade-in records as long as needed for warranty, tax, accounting and legal requirements; server logs for a limited time for security. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and posts, except records we must keep.

Children. GamerSparc is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Accounts require age 13+. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Your choices. Edit your display name and email preferences on your account page. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email [email protected] from the address on the account.

Security. Passwords are stored hashed, and the site uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes and questions. We will post changes here with a new effective date. Questions: [email protected] · (954) 368-4943 · 1600 NW 34th Terrace, Lauderhill, FL 33311.
